Honey is a great sustainable product. It is often sourced by local beekeepers. Honey can be produced anywhere where flowers grow. It is sourced by honeybees who fly from flower to flower to drink the nectar. During this they pick up pollen which drops onto other plants. Those plants get fertilised and produce new seeds and fruit. Bees are vital helpers to aid in keeping our food chain intact and help out the local ecosystem by maintaining biodiversity!
