While roaming the Farmer's market we were tasked with finding 3 sustainable foods. I can say with confidence that it would be hard to find a better place to do so. The market was filled with locally sourced food from Lazio and was full of great products and buying products there could be considered inherently sustainable. Nonetheless, the pulses and mushrooms from Lazio were sold which are great products with low impact. Bread made with ancient grains was also a highlight
